Do you enjoy serving customers and tending to their requests? We are currently seeking a Relationship Manager to join our Customer Service team. We need someone who enjoys communicating with our customers and providing advice to our customers. Your role will be responsible for handling inquiries, providing solutions, and developing strong relationships with our customers.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for the following:

  • Provide a clear explanation of the various loan and credit option alongside its contractual terms to the client

  • Select and recommend the best loan package for the client

  • Compute payment details for the client

  • Review loan agreements to ensure that completeness and accuracy is in accordance to the company policy

  • Any other ad-hoc duties

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualifications

  • At least 1 year of sales experience

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Strong people management skills

  • Outgoing personality

  • Proficient in speaking both English and Mandarin (for liaison with Mandarin speaking customers)

  • Proficiency in dialect (Eg Cantonese or Hokkien will be an added advantage)
