Obtaining a Loan

To be eligible for a payday loan, you simply need to be:


  • Above 18 but below 65 years at the time of the application
  • A Filipino citizen, currently living in the Philippines with government-issued ID
  • Employed or self-employed with 2 years of profitable operation

This will depend. You can apply for as little as Php 1,000 or as much as Php 50,000. Your loan amount will depend on the assessment of our experts, exerting importance on your annual income.

Tip: approval rates tend to be higher for those applicants who submit complete requirements.

Our charges are upfront and one time only. We will charge an Admin fee and Disbursement fee to cover costs incurred during the entirety of the application process. These fees will be taken out automatically from your loan amount.

Don’t worry, it happens. We understand that sometimes the inevitable happens and we are unable to maintain a great credit standing. But this is where we, as licensed moneylenders, can be of help to you. Unlike banks, we pay less attention to your credit score and pay more attention to understanding you and your financial needs so that we can help save you from your financial worries!

No, a personal guarantor is not required for personal loan applications. 

Unfortunately, applicants without a proof of residency will have difficulty in getting applications approved as this comprises a part of our customer requirements. We encourage applicants to secure this requirement to move forward with their application. 

Currently, we do not offer joint applications. The applicant holds the sole responsibility for any loans approved in his/her name.

We always try our best to accommodate all applications within a day. Please re-visit our website and log in to your account. For faster assessments, we strongly advise that information is accurately filled and required documents are complete. 

All loan applications adhere to a strict Credit Policy that assesses the applicant’s creditworthiness. Your loan application may have been declined for a number of reasons, including but not limited to, your ability to meet repayments based on an assessment of your income, inconsistencies between the information provided, any previous failure to meet financial commitments and credit history issues including prior defaults or insolvencies.

 You can try to apply again in a month’s time. 

If your repayment due date falls on a non-working holiday, repayments must be made on the last working day before the holiday. For example, your due date is scheduled on Christmas day, December 25, 2019, then repayment must be made on December 24, 2019.

Unfortunately, this is not possible on the same day. Fortunately, though, you can apply for a reloan a day after you’ve made your payment on your previous loan. 

Yes, you can! However, please keep in mind that this is subject for approval. Also, the second loan will not be used to refinance your current loan. 

Absolutely! This good will should not go unnoticed! We reward early payments by offering faster re-loan applications. Also, full repayment prior to the end of a contract will not cost you any additional fees.

We understand the struggle and we would love to help you through this. We strongly advise that customers struggling to make repayments to contact us at loanph@crawfort.com so we could give guidance. However, please keep in mind that you will suffer from penalties and that it will negatively affect your credit history.

Before we resort to legal actions, we want to give our customers a fair chance to settle default issues with us internally. If after attempts to do so and we still cannot settle on an agreement, Crawfort will exercise its legal right to bring the particular case to court. In this event, the defaulter will be compelled by the courts to pay the outstanding amount plus accrued interest and penalties.

After Loan Application

We will send an e-receipt via text/email after payment is successfully received. Additionally, customers can check their loan status on the Crawfort website portal. 

We will refund the excess paid via bank transfer. In the event that you do not have a bank account, please fill up the DCA form and email to loanph@crawfort.com. It will take an estimate of 14 business days to refund your excess payment.

At Crawfort, we greatly appreciate responsible borrowers, which is why we will gradually increase loan limits as a reward for those borrowers that apply frequently and repays on time.
